BOYANA SENSE

The complex is built on an area of over 7 hectares and includes buildings of up to 4 floors, each with 13 apartments, totaling 52 individual residential units, consisting of two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and multi-room apartments. Adjacent individual yards are provided on the first floors, and spacious terraces on the top floors. The complex will also feature a wellness center. There are 2 underground parking lots with garages – one below buildings “A,” “B,” “C,” and the second below building “G.”

Construction of BOYANA SENSE

BOYANA SENSE uses construction products that meet all the requirements for construction specified in Appendix I to Regulation (EU) No 305/2011, Bulgarian legislation BDS, and CE quality standards.
Structure – reinforced concrete, monolithic, skeletal beamless;

Masonry – 25 cm brick blocks with vertical ducts;

Facade – ventilated, with thermal insulation and fiber cement panels. Accents with elements of HPL and composite wood.

Windows – six-chamber PVC profile Schuco;

Luxurious common areas – as per project;

Vertical planning – with rich landscaping and irrigation system;

Individual objects – walls – plaster; walls in bathrooms and WC – water-resistant plaster; ceilings – plaster; floor – cement screed; external armored door; installed plumbing and sewage system with installed water meters; installed electrical installation according to the project with installed vertical shafts and installed horizontal network in the basement and on the floors, without radiators and apartment collectors; terraces – waterproofing and granite tiles.
