PERFORMANCE:
INSULATION: For the exterior masonry, Wienerberger Poroterm N+F bricks are used, and for the interior –, Wienerberger Forati bricks. They are of the highest class and have excellent thermal insulation and sound insulation properties. In this building, the XPS technology with a thickness of 10 cm is applied, which provides over 40% energy saving.
JOINERY: The joinery is 6-chamber, with German fittings from the Siegenia brand. The glasses are four-season, with argon gas in the middle and K glass on the inside. This joinery also provides over 40% energy saving and a high degree of sound insulation.
COMMON AREAS: The staircase has all natural marble or granite flooring and the elevators are high end brand „ORONA“ or similar. The walls are plaster-worked, in bathrooms and toilets – with lime-cement plaster, ceilings – with plaster-worked plaster, and the flooring is cement screed. There is an external armored door, a project-built electrical installation, a plug plumbing with installed water meters, a project-built OI with installed vertical risers and installed horizontal mesh in the basements and floors, without radiators and apartment collectors. The terraces and balconies have waterproofing and granite tiles. A telephone, intercom system, wiring for SOT and Internet are provided.
