Residential Expo FESTIVE 2026 takes place on November 20 and 21, 2026. at the Sofia Event Center in Paradise Mall, from 11:00 to 20:00. Entrance is free. The exhibition brings together investors, brokers and buyers in one place, with special offers for visitors.

Why it's worth coming
Listings online show photos and price per square. The rest remains hidden until you have already invested time in inspections and phone calls.
Something else happens at an exhibition. In one hour, you compare what otherwise takes weeks: several neighborhoods, several projects, and several payment schemes, in a row and in one place. You talk to a professional, which means that the answer to the construction, deadlines and what exactly is included in the price comes from the person most familiar with the information.
There is also something that is not visible online. When two offers stand side by side, the difference in quality becomes apparent much faster than in two open tabs in the browser. Most investors, including us, prepare conditions specifically for these two days, so the prices in those 48 hours are also different from those announced.
Boyana Sense, what will you see at our stand

The location
The complex occupies a plot of over 7 acres and is surrounded by over 20 acres of park environment. The area is low-rise, with quick access to the Ring Road and Blvd. „Bulgaria“, and nature park „Vitosha“ starts a few minutes away.
Three municipal kindergartens are under 800 meters. This is a detail that is usually missing from ads, but for families with small children, more than square footage often decides the choice.
Buildings and housing
The project consists of four buildings, marked A, B, C and D. Each has four floors with 13 apartments, or a total of 52 independent apartments: two-room, three-room and multi-room, and on the top floor of each building there is a four-room apartment.
The first floors have their own courtyards. The latter get terraces with mountain views.
The building density is 25% and the landscaping 60%. In practice, this means that the buildings are not viewed from each other and there is real greenery between them, not a decorative strip along the alley.
Construction and execution
The apartments are handed over with plaster plaster on the walls and lime-cement plaster in the bathrooms, plaster screed on the ceilings and cement screed on the floors. The plumbing and heating installation are completed according to the project, a gas installation and preparation for split air conditioners are planned. The facade will have plaster and Artefino decorative elements. The terraces have waterproofing and granite tiles, and the apartments have intercom and wiring for security and internet.
Parking and common areas
Under the buildings there are two underground parking lots with garages, one under buildings A, B and B and a second under building D. The complex has a wellness center and a shop, and the common areas have a luxurious design.
However, the most important thing for everyday life is different: there is no traffic on the alleys between the buildings. Cars go directly underground. For families with children, this is the difference between a yard and a parking lot.
